whats you lads think about egr bypass? if i change egr valve thats give my car bether performace? i think put this egr bypass change air filter to sport air
EGR Bypass - What are the benefits? I cleaned out my EGR valve a week or so ago Havn't really noticed THAT much difference in pick up but the MPG seems to have improved slightly

After doing my work removing the swirl flaps and cleaning the EGR valve my car seemed to sort out its MPG problem but only for a day or two. Now i'm thinking it could be my EGR valve playing up and have looked on the bay and came across these
The pros are better fuel milage and maybe midrange torque. The cons: Illegal to mess with this stuff in most countries. Your car will fail inspection if they do an exhaust gas check. No "real" cons on the mechanical side. I did a EGR delete on my old E46 -02 320d and drove it for 100.000K´s with no issue. Same setup as this.
